I’m a coach who helps people find real freedom from incessant worry, anxiety, panic attacks, depression and unhealthy habits. I love colourful sunsets, pistachio gelato, mangosteens, and way too much peppermint mocha creamer in my coffee.
I’ve always been curious about the human psyche. At my core, I am a seeker of truth which has led me to explore the nuances of being human. In my early twenties, I was studying psychology in college but outside of the classroom, I was intrigued with spirituality and personal growth. I also experienced feeling unworthy of love and belonging, uncomfortable in my sensitive, introverted skin, as well as bouts of anxiety, panic attacks, and OCD.
I remember immersing myself in books like A Return to Love by Marianne Williamson, The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer and A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle at Barnes & Noble, Union Square, NYC; And the works of amazing humans like Brené Brown and her TED talk on the power of vulnerability. I’ve explored self-help, silent meditation retreats, and energy healing. But none of these created a deep, lasting shift within me, until I stumbled upon this…
