Payments and Refund Policy 

Payments must be made prior to conducting the service and can be done by bank transfer or through online payment companies. If you enroll in our one-on-one coaching service package, you agree to sign, date, and submit the client agreement form which will be sent to you via email and will outline payment details and provision of services. If requested, an option for paying in installments as agreed in writing can be considered. We may refuse in our discretion to accept an order where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.

Due to the nature of the product/service, we do not provide refunds unless otherwise specified in writing. If you must cancel a session, you may use the service at a later date.

Payment processing companies may have privacy and data collection practices that are different from ours. We have no responsibility or liability for these independent policies of the payment processing companies. In addition, when you make certain purchases through our website or email, you may be subject to the additional terms and conditions of a payment processing company or us that specifically apply to your purchase. You release us from any damages that you incur, and agree not to assert any claims against us, arising from your purchase through our website or email.

If, for some unforeseeable reason, there is harmful or fraudulent activity in relation to independent online payment gateways, we will ensure that we refund the amount you have paid us. In such a situation, we will lodge a complaint to the relevant authorities pertaining to the individuals or organizations responsible for unethical activity.
