My coaching approach is based on insights. Other approaches typically use cognitive, emotional or behavioural tools to help you manage your habits. Once you gain insights about yourself and your habit, you won’t have to constantly manage your experience and instead find true freedom from it. Many of the techniques commonly used are short-term, band-aid fixes, not solutions that look at the root of your experience.
Yes, absolutely! My practice is non-invasive and can be used as a complement to the tools and therapies you are using.
I abide by a strict code of confidentiality and ethics which I’ve gained from my coaching certification and psychology background.
